2:1 Sessions

Our 2:1 coaching is built for pairs who want to level up their performance — whether you’re preparing for a HYROX race, a CrossFit competition, or simply want to push each other to new limits.

With tailored programming and focused coaching, you’ll develop as a team, refine your strategy, and build the fitness and confidence needed to perform your best.

4:1 Sessions

Perfect for those preparing for HYROX, GymSync, or Turf Games, these sessions blend personalised programming with the energy of a team environment.

You’ll train alongside like-minded athletes, refine your technique, and build the strength, endurance, and strategy needed to perform at your best on game day.
