A focused treatment designed to address one key muscle group or area of concern. This session includes a short assessment, 35 minutes of targeted hands-on therapy, and personalised mobility or strength “homework” to support your recovery and progress between visits.

Perfect for managing a specific niggle, easing tightness, or maintaining performance between training sessions.

£55 per session

60min Appointment

A comprehensive, full-body approach ideal for multi-joint issues or when several areas need attention. This session allows for a more detailed assessment, in-depth hands-on treatment, and tailored movement strategies to optimise long-term results.
